Thanks for the reassurances.  There is still the inpple to recover from (indented nipple), but it's a matter of time.  I'm trying not play the panic at eveything game.... trying...

By they way, I just measured my chest and had a good shock....

Before Surgery 44 1/2 inches
After Surgury   39 1/2 inches!!!

Damn dude, i just saw ur before pics.....the change in the before and after pics was phenomenal!!

And yes, the reduction in chest measurements is nothing to worry about. The bigger size that you had earlier was predominantly due to gland and fat. Now that both are gone, you actually know how much of it is actually the muscle mass.

I went from 37 to 33 after my surgery.

Now when you work ur way upto 441/2 inches, your chest will be built like that of an ox!

Almost at the 4 week mark and able to start exercising at about 30%.  Ox indeed

This result is godly. Can you tell us how much was lipoed out ? Any idea on the size of the glands? Thanks.
