gyno or fat under nipple need help...

here are some pics im not sure if its start of gyno or fat under my nipples

i dont now my body fat % yet but i cant see my absso it must be high

under and around my nipples are soft and when im cold they look fine
its really getting to me now and i dont now what to do to get rid of it  
if anyone one can help id be very greatful

id say u have a tiny amount of gyno gland underneath the nipples! i have a similar thing but a bigger case than yours and i am optin for sugery.

i would see a doctor and see what he sugggests. good luck to you

i went to the docs a while ago when i 1st noticed it but she didnt take any notice of me and what i was saying i will ring and book another 1 tomoz

i was planning on going on cycle agein and i need to now 100% if its gyno or fat 1st

there are no lumps under my nipple i thought if it was gyno the would be hard lumps there is this true

i will see what the docs and ask to be referred to a specialist

what do u mean a cycle as in a steroid cycle? if so i would definetely think twice about doin that,if its gyno! that would be what caused it. off course u might be on about something different.

as to ur question is gyne hard, that is not true it can be hard and soft and a mixture of gland and fat. wich cannot be moved with exercise. i have read that of a doctors post so i believe it to be correct.

i wont do any cycle (not a steriod) until i now 100% what ive got
the cycle i did a year or so ago maybe longer  didnt cause this

it wasnt as bad when i was in my teens becouse you couldnt see them
but now you can see them i dout very much that the nhs will help me

i cant stop thinking about it its dragging me down and i dont now what to do i just want it gone i told my gf if the docs dont help me ill cut them off then go to hospital  ive stopped working out on my chest becouse i dont want to make it worse

i feel your frustration u only have a small case and really does show to other members on here who think small gyne is nothing to worry about.
im not in the know about steroids to be honest but i would happily take one if i knew it would get rid of my gyne. i dont really think this could be true once the gyne has been there awhile who knows.

i have searched and searched and really surgery seems to be the only way. so i have my surgery booked soon.

as for working out, my chest seem to stick out more wich i believe pushes the gland out. i know its a horrible thing to have! but bein that u only have a slight case if u were to correct it u should getter a better result. as for cutting them out well u would regret that as why would u! think about it let an expereienced person do that they will hide the scars better. not that i havent thought about it.

give the docs another try, good luck

i just got back from the docs and he said that there is no problem with my nipples

its fat under my nipple and said i should go on a no fat diet to see if it goes
i hope hes right so im going to giv this a shot

in my experience u cannot spot reduce the rest of u looks fine. im am seriously hopin that ur doctor is right but i must be honest and say he sounds like he dont know much.

ur average doctor just doesnt seem to know enough about gyno!, gyno can be fat or gland and i believe that u cant spot reduce many of people have told me this to. it sounds like u have a case of puffy nipples go to see a specialist, obviously carry on with the fat stripping, kill two birds with one stone.

im just telling u this as i found i wasted a few years in the gym trying to burn this off and it was a waste of time! obviously i am no doc so maybe try seein a specialist even if u have to pay. it will be worth getting their input
