It means cutting out the gland as seen here: Glandular Excision During Gynecomastia Surgery.

Thanks wasnt sure if they took it out complety had my op couples days ago,
And was reasin the procidure.
Soo what does open correction galundure balitary mean ? Lol becuase i wanted my nipples 2 be flat??
