Have to warn you guys.  i am seriously depressed 7 months after.  much worse than before and broke.
Unless you have a very very bad case, my recommendation is exercise. 
Worst decision of my life.

Well, seems kind of non-descript.  Before you start giving advice, you should probably reveal your surgeon, otherwise, what's the point of posting at all.  I went with Bermant and it was the best decision I ever made.  Let's not conflate a poor result with an inexperience surgeon with the surgery itself.

I'm pretty sure he had it done by Lista as he mentioned that he wanted to book an appointment with him for the surgery in his previous posts... and I wouldn't call Lista inexperienced... but hearing about someone being so severely depressed definitely deters me from going to him... thanks for sharing ur experience.

I am so sorry to hear about your bad experience. I sure hope there is something that can be fixed! Was the procedure made with excition from the areola or some new lipo "magic" cannula ?
