what your doc should be doing is finding out WHY your E2 is high. There are several causes, some of which can be serious. There are treatments depending on the reason, but dont just buy some E2 lowering drug online please.

If you have elevated estrogens, that is abnormal.  It should be thoroughly worked up by a good endocrinologist.  Do not first start looking for medications, etc, that is the wrong way to do it. You need to know what is causing the high estrogen and then undertake some type of treatment to lower it -- but all under a doctor's careful supervision.

Your hormonal system is much to delicate to try to tinker with it yourself.

Once you are hormonally stable, you may consider surgery for your gyne if it is indicated.

Good luck!

I agree thoroughly with both previous responses.

If you attempt some kind of treatment on your own, you could mask the problem and make a really good diagnosis all the more difficult.

There is very little chance of treating this condition successfully yourself; but a very large risk that you can make things worse.
