Hello teenager, I'm a grandpa.
If you just have a bit of firm tissue under the nipple which causes the nipple to stand erect, it will usually (but not always) go away,  though it could take a few years.

The condition is actually very common and much more normal than you might think, probably half of the boys your age get it to some degree.

Your glands and hormones are going crazy right now and that is what causes it. There are also some serious medical problems that can cause gynecomastia so you'll want to check with your Doctor. my guess is that everything is normal.
