What are the chances of me losing my nipple in the surgery?
The doctor im going to (Frank Lista) Uses the PAL technic (so no incision under the nipple)

My biggest fear with the surgery is i will lose my nipple

Yeah i also want to know how rare are these potential risks? But as far as the Doctor said, it's a very simple
