I feel like i have some fat around abdomen. When i press down on the nipple and run across the aerola i feel like a lump, concentric about the nipple, but not directly under the nipple. Pass the aerolaI ran for a whole summer about 3 summers ago and chest stayed same and puffy.

form the pic wherein he's leaning forward, it's obvious that he have it. We kinda have the same situation.
