I'm 18 years old. In the last 4 months I had lost 18 kilograms and my chest look a bit better, but still I don't think is just fat, like everyone saying...

Last year I had to a doctor with this problem, and he was saying: "Is not a problem, is just fat, loose weight and you will be fine"... Then had 100 kilograms at 1.65 height.

Look to this photos and tell me what is it... and what I have to do get to normal size at chest.

I had searched on the internet for treatment or something, I don't really want to surgery, to be honest, I'm a little afraid of surgerys...
My nipples, before (when had 100 kilograms) where 90 % of time puffy, but now are around 45 - 50 % only, I don't know if this is relevant...

It looks like breast tissue to me youve got gyne.

Weight loss wont help youve got a fairly moderate case, not to dissimilar to my case actually. Surgery is the only option unfortuantley if you do want a completley flat chest.

But how it "bad" is ? I think is very bad, but after I saw some topics here... I don't know, I mean everyone is lying me or only me see this like in a very bad situation ?

a lot of people told me i was mad for going surgery, but after years of starving myself and later on trying steroid type drugs to remove them i knew it was time to start seeking surgery. I mean to me it looks similar to what mine looked like and i know how much of my teenage life i spent hiding away and holding myself back

Some people will tell you to go for it, some will tell you you dont have gyne and not to. Its down to you at the end of the day in my opinion you would get good results from it. Just find a decent surgeon with a good rep on here and start saving up for it!

I think I will go for it... is same with me... always I hide, never get of shirt and all my shirts are large...

But how much cost such a surgery ?

I don't know from what country are you, I'm from Romania, Timisoara (city)...

Im UK mate, youd probally have to travel for surgery but im not sure. All i know is that theres good surgeons in Poland because ive read about them on here. But as for romania im unsure

Ive been there, buying large in tshirts ... wearing black t's. Hunching over constantly worrying about it its not worth it! Surgery in poland is very cheap lots of lads from the UK travel there for about 50% of the price.
