16 months on - 1 nipple still swells after gym

Docs, people,

for some reason when i got to the gym or rub the nipple with some force it swells... and will stay swelled for 2 days or so...

very weird. This is not something that just started its been like this since i had it done.

Could there be scar tissue underneath that is causing friction?

I am 3 almost 4 months post op and when i go to the gym and work chest (2 times a week) it swells like crazy and stays that way basically all the time. i was starting to worry and think its coming back. do you have scar lumps under your nipple?
