I'm not a spring chicken, but just realized a few years ago that all was not 'right' with my chest.  I'm a bit embarrassed to have just noticed this.  I've spent the past two years working out, but my chest just won't firm up....still extremely flabby and loose.  Last year I saw a gynecomastia specialist and he recommended surgery.  I decided to wait and to continue to do the exercise thing, but I think i'm ready to move forward with surgery.......

I just found this great site and decided before I made the final surgery leap that I would get your opinion on my condition.  I've noticed lately that my insecurity about my chest is really beginning to affect me mentally.  I have become very self conscience about how I look in shirts.  The flip side is that I fight this insecurity by going buck-naked at a local clothing optional beach ;D --- but, I'm always wondering if people are looking at my chest!

Anyway, your thoughts?  Here are the photos! :o

Here are my stats:  6', 157lbs, 45yo

You have a very slim and muscular body. Be proud of it! And the gyne? Well, look at the pics of many athletes. Quite a few have larger pecs than you. So don't worry!

I agree with the above poster. You have an athletic build, no one would even notice if you had gyno. Looking at it without considering gyno as even an issue, I wouldnt even notice.

You got a good physique so your ahead of the game. My suggestion, grow your shoulder muscles and also your back muscles It will help fill in and pull the skin a bit.  Also do upper chest workouts. Fill that in so it doesnt sag as much.
