DO NOT DO IT.  you can't just squeeze it out dude. You have to cut the gland. Moreoever if there's a lot o fat you can;t access the gland. You'd just end up bleeding severely and faint or even die.  Don't try this yourself.

At best you 'only' mutilate your chest, at worst you might die. So don't do it, but seek medical advice!

There have been a few posts like this over the years.  Either the man is just jerking us around or, if he is serious, he is asking for disaster.  All to save a few bucks??

I do this type of surgery for a living -- and it is difficult under the best of circumstances -- in the operating room, with good lighting, assistants, sedation anesthesia and a cautery machine to help stop bleeding.  Anything less than that is simply stupid.

And operating on oneself?  Even surgeons, who often have large egos, know enough not to do it.

I have actually seen horrible disasters from those trying "self surgery."  Scars and deformity that I have seen from such misadventures compromise what I can offer for a final result. 

A doctor who has himself as a patient, has a fool for a doctor.
