puffy nipples

Hey, was just wondering if anybody had any solutions for puffy nipples, in terms of keeping them hard for a day, by applying an ointment, cream, or even those liquid bandages, if they do in fact work. I wont be taking my shirt off or anything, i just need something that will work for a full day, for a few days straight. So, reapply every morning for a few days. Judging by what i have read on the forum, liquid bandages seem like the way to go, any further input guys? thanks
