So I was planning on having surgery done within the next few months for a minor gyno problem. Out of nowhere one of my friends asks ME out on a date and it caught me off guard. I'm not a bad looking guy at all and I have a great body, but when I look in the mirror all I see is my minor gyno. Should I let her know I plan to have surgery or that it bothers me, or should I just let it go?
