Fellas,

I have what is considered to be a severe case of gynecomastia. I was told to consider loosing some weight which, I find to be a legitimate concern. But, I was told that I my procedure would be 7k possibly higher. Also, I was told that my procedure would need to be done in two settings. Is that the usual for severe cases? I was told that a lipo incision would be better for me than a large cut. Please advise? Thanks!

Answering your question is difficult without some background on your height, weight, max weight, age, gyne history, etc.  If you would post some photos of your chest (preferably taken by another person rather than by yourself in a mirror), it would be helpful.

Once you have done that, then I am sure you will receive some helpful advice from the guys and doctors on this forum.
