Hey guys, I've been contacting various PS's around my area (Ottawa, Canada) and asked them questions about their cost and the number of times they do this procedure.

For cost, it ranges from 2000-5000 CAD and some PS's are covered under OHIP.  And those that I've contacted have either stopped performing this procedure or the one's that do it, do it from 12-20 times/year.  Do you guys think this is enough?  I guess it's not a common procedure done in Ottawa and I know that Fielding does 5-6/week from what I've read on this board (and I'm most likely going to go with him), so what do you guys think is a good number of "experience" with this procedure?
