Guys how bad is it? be honest... (pics)








How bad is it? Personally this is one of the worst cases I've seen on these forums. Will I get good results from surgery? I'll get surgery next year this time (after I've made the money) with Dr Levick. I'm 5 foot 7 and 80kg so I'm very fat which concerns me that I won't get good results. Any views will be appreciated, thanks.
