I worked out a lot more when I was younger.  You can probably see my stretch marks or what I like to call, Battle Scars. ;D

I'm about 5'10" and built really thick.

My chest looks the same even when I'm in good shape.

My entire body looses weight but my chest stays the same.  :'(

Yes, you have it. However, it sometimes looks more like muscular. There seems to be just a bit of fat, but not that much I would say....

I think you look like a stocky guy with big pecs.  The breast is the shape of the muscle body, not a teat.  I think yer good bro'.  Maybe cut some body fat.  Oh, and lay off the declines...
