Hard tissue under pectoral and above abs?

I have a hard lump under my right pectoral. It feels like muscle to the touch, it goes hard when i tense my pectorals! I have always been able to feel it but it has become more prominent in the last couple of weeks, although I am not sure if this is down to bodyfat.

When my chest is relaxed you can't really see it, but when it is tensed you can easily see it.

I have never experienced itchy nipples or sensitivity or any signs of gynecomastia.

I don't think it's gyno, but I'd go to the doctor to get it checked out ASAP.

gyno would be the gland beneath the nipple area, this is something different and you should have a physician examine it
