scar tissue and wrinkly skin

It's only been three weeks, but I had some questions for the group.

On one side my chest, there's a very large amount of scar tissue.

On the other, there's a big droop, and the skin is wrinkly especially when i flex or move in certain ways.

Can I expect these to go away over time?
