Hi everyone!

I'm 27, 180 cm height an about 80 kg. I always had a little puffy nipples but when I start two years ago lifting weights I noticed then my right side of chest looks different. My pecs were always asymmetrical and when I touch right nipple I feel bone structure is different then my left side. I have bigger bone and more protruding the left, maybe that's way is my right nipple slight larger and puffier then my left?

Also I don't feel any strange lumps and when I squeeze nipples they don't hurt.

Here are some pics of pecs I took yesterday and please tell me what you think. Is it bad or it is ok?

Just to mention this forum is great and keep it up :-)

Thanks in advance.

You might have slightly puffy nipples but most guys probably wouldn't be concerned about it.  If YOU are concerned about it, seek treatment.  Everyone has their individual opinion, and none are more right than others.

Gyne doesn't HAVE to be corrected, it's totally voluntary.  Some are bothered greatly by it, while others learn to live with it and don't care that much.

As a rule of thumb, if gyne is interfering with your happiness or overall functioning (i.e., you avoid or are embarrassed to remove your shirt in public or in front of a girl), you may want to look into surgical correction.  If not, forget about it.

Raider Fan said it perfectly -- very minor case - only consider surgery if it truly bothers you.

only you will really know if you need the surgery.  like one of the other posters said, if it bothers you, then get it done.  I will say this much in the most heterosexual way possible, if I had a chest like yours, I wouldn't be going under the knife in 2 weeks.

Very minor... Imo... 99% of people will not know you have a small case of gyno.

Looks alright
But if you're going to get into bodybuilding, you'll notice it more.
