Yes, I think it is gyne.  :( It may be both glandular and fat. So, you could try to lose some weight first before considering surgery or whatever. Just try and see ! Good luck man !

  • Thank you Fielding
It's gyne guy but it's a mild case.  Either way, surgery is the only way to correct it.  Good luck.

Very mild case.  Working out will help alot with improving body image and general health.  From what I've seen mild cases seem to have the best post-surgical results, but know the risks and be prepared to foot the bill.   Good luck.

  • I had surgery on 6/30/05
Doesn't look that bad. Mild case as everyone else has said. How does it look like in a profile shot? Do your nipples poke through your shirt? I had a similar case with great results (I think anyway) after my surgery. Everybody says to diet but it doesn't seem to help the puffy nipple problem. Jest my 2 cents...

The main problem is with my nipples, they do poke through my shirt which is quite annoying. Here are some profile shots as requested:

Considering the pictures you've added, I confirm what the others have already said : it is a minor case, quite a minor case indeed. There is a bit of gyne but it is not that bad ! However, the gyne is more obvious on the front shot than on the profile shots.
Just another thing you may confirm is that between this picture http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a245/Glen01/1.jpg and those ones http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a245/Glen01/left.jpg and http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a245/Glen01/right.jpg, you seem to have lost some weight... Am I wrong ??? As I said earlier, your gyne is much more visible on the first picture than on the profile shots ...

The first photo was taken about a month ago, the profile shots were taken yesterday (25th July), I have been dieting and going to the gym to see if it would help and have lost a fair bit of weight. I think the problem is simply localized around my nipples though. I guess surgery is my only option for that :(

Yes, I do think that the problem remains in the nipples as you say. Still, I've been looking your profiles shots and as I told you in my last post, your chest looks different when comparing the picture you first send and the profile shots. I think that in your case dieting helped you a lot ! Just go and see a PS and see what he thinks of the nipples. Good luck man !
