Is this pseudo or gyno?

Hi I just wanted to know if this is pseudo or gyno.
I am severely obese. 223lbs 5'11" 17 years old.

Can you envision them going away if you were to lose 40 pounds?  No, not likely. 

In all probability, you have at least moderate gynecomastia, with the typical fat and glandular growth.  Surgery is the only way to get the results you want.
