lab results someone please help?

I just displayed these on my old post, but i decided to start a new one, to ask peoples opinion.

ESTRADIOL- 23 pg/ml
Testosterone, Serum- 445 ng/dl
Prolactin- 9.5 ng/ml
Lh- 5.0 mIU/mL
FSH- 9.2 mIU/ml

MAMOGRAM:Routine MLO and CC views of both breasts were obtained and submitted for interpretation. There is no evidence of a dominant mass lession, cluster of microcalcifications suspicious for malignancy, skin thickening or nipple retractionnoted in either breast. There is a flame-shaped appereance of the breast tissue on the left consistent with gynecomastia.

Impression:
1. Findings consistant with gynecomastia changes seen within the left breast.
2.No mammographic; finding suspicious for maligancy

I also dont understand if there is only tissue on the left side why are both sides of my nipple puffy?

i have other hormone results too but i dont know if their relevant, i can post them if some1 asks... but my main question is are my hormones level according to my endo everything is in normal range yet she still prescriped me anastrozole? but i want to know if i get surgery is there a chance that my gyno can come back because of my hormone levels... any help is appreciated thanks...
