I went here for a consultation and was told, that I could get the glands removed for 5000 and some lipo. The doc also said there might be some loose skin and he might have to cut it off.

There are two physicians listed on the site.  I have never heard of Dr. Asare, but I believe Dr. Diktaban used to work at Lennox Hill hospital, where I spent a brief time during my plastic surgery training in the early 90s.  He is a board-certified plastic surgeon, to the best of my knowledge. 

I would guess that this is a patient recruiting service that feeds these two practices, but I don't know anything more about it.
