16 with huge puffy nippleS...please help me.

Things have ben bad enough, and this has not gone away. I'm 16 almost 17 and a "late bloomer" my voice is still the same as an 8 year old and other stuff like that as if that isn't embarrassing enough I have 2 lumps under both nipplesfor bout a year and half and they haven't got any better, I can't enjoy summer actinides with friends or anything like that because of this. I'm poor with no insurance so surgery is not an option. Any way to cover it up so u can enjoy a once in a life time trip to costa rica next month with my SCHOOL... Please...I'm begging. I would post a pic but not sure to do that off my phone. Please help me
