the compression vests

a question about the compression vest you get from karidis, or any type for that matter.

can you wash it in the washing machine like all your other stuff? or do you have to handwash it? what did you lot do? i thought i read something on here a while back that you had to handwash it but i could be mistaken

Hi Mate,

I have a fast/handwash setting on my machine that does a quick 30 min wash at 30 degrees.....That seems to do the trick. I stick mine on every morning while I'm getting ready and then it's out and drying all day/night ready for the next day (you get given 2 from Karidis so I alternate each day).
