skin tightening with minor lift

Wanted to check if anybody has got a skin reduction along with lipo + tissue removal with Dr. Karidis and also would want to know the procedure and costs for this.

I asked about this during my consultation, Dr. Karidis advises that you should have your op (lipo and gland removal) and then allow your body sufficient time to heal before doing any removal of excess skin, the human body is surprisingly good at contracting and tautening the loose skin and only after this process has naturally happened (potentially 12 months post op) will you be considered for this follow up op, this second surgery will be fee free from the Dr however you will have to pay the hospital fees.
