Question for the Docs

I had surgery 3 weeks ago tomorrow. Still some yellow bruising under one of my pecs and what I assume to be pretty hard scar tissue under both. I had smart lipo 3 years ago to see if it would make my gyno any better, and because it didn't, had the glands removed this time. Problem is my one nipple is still puffy and the other, I assume because of the large amount of possible scar tissue, is folded. My one pec that was most troublesome, always puffy and pushed away from my body still appears puffy but def doesn't push out as far. Is this common? I have seen pics of guys that were much worse than me and look pretty darn good 2 weeks post op

You're only 3 weeks postop, so it's not uncommon to still be pretty swollen.  If one side was worse preop, it could be more swollen postop, as there was possibly more work done on that side.  So don't worry about how things look now.  Just keep your postop appointments and follow all instructions from your surgeon.
