Looking for some help (Lean guy with Gyne)

Basically I'm at a loss as to whether or not my Gynecomastia is fat or glandular. I'm 21, 6'2 155 lbs, I've never been overweight and never had a problem with weight, although during puberty I shed a few pounds but nothing major. Upon touching my chest I can feel what some describe as the "golfball" or hard gland underneath in both sides of my chest. I'm getting serious about having surgery for my chest and I'm almost at my goal for being there financially. I'm not sure whether I'd need a combo of gland excision/liposuction or one or the other, and I realize that only a consultation with a PS would give definite answers. Here's a few pictures. Any help would be appreciated.
