After surgery things, need help!

Hello everyone i was at the surgery almost 2weeks ago, for 1 week my nipples looked very great and i was really happy but last monday when i got my "wires" or those things i cant spell them cause i dont know the word, removed the same evening i noticed that something had came under my nipple and it didnt make my nipple puffy, just something weird that feels hard and something like liquid under the nipple. Does anyone know is this normal and will this go away or should i contact my doctor..

Maybe it's scar tissue?

Better safe than sorry, though, and contact your doctor.
