puffy nipples two months post op

hey doctors i had surgery about 2 months ago and while things are starting to look better i still have puffy nipples and was wondering if this was due to swelling or is it because my surgeon didn't take out enough gland? When its cold and my nipples shrink it looks perfect and im 100% satisfied. i attached some pictures to show what i mean.

At this early point, it's not unusual for the nipples to still be a little puffy.  Patience!
