Im 22 5'6" and 160lbs had them since i was early teens. And would just like opinions. I  exercise 5 days a week cardio and lifting(in the army so its not like im in-active). Would appreciate any feedback thank you :)Also if anyone knows a Dr. near In Idaho/ near salt lake city, utah.

It looks like you have quite a lot of breast tissue.  You're in good shape but you have excess skin and breast tissue. Since you're young, your skin should contract nicely once the tissue is removed.

Thank you all for the responses I will check out this website and look for a local Surgeon. And yes it much harder than if i was to squeeze somewhere else on my body.
