dear doctors,
recently i am observing sries of experiences about lateral pull thro tech in india,some place called cochin.
what is the expert opinion about this?
before my bad surgery,i enquired about this method/i was discouraged .
by reading the glorified experience more people may opt for this tech,hence the request

It's my impression looking at photos of the "lateral pull through" technique, that it's more or less similar to the removal technique that many of us use, combining liposuction and direct excision through a short peri-areolar incision, leaving a small button of tissue under the areola.  My incision for this is typically 15 - 18 mm in length right along the edge of the areola.  It is difficult to detect after surgery.
