Just wondering if wearing a tight compression vest or compression sports bra will have any significant reshaping of the breast tissue?

Like women who wear corsets over time change their body and reduce waist size, will a bra or comp vest do the same?  Understood that this type garment if too tight will cause breathing or circulation issues.

And conversely if a reg enhancing type bra or just plain nothing is worn will it give shape and make gyne issues worse?

The short answer is no. Compression will not reshape your breast or fat tissue. If very tight corsets are worn 24/7 over many months and years the rib cage can be changed and the internal organs will move but as in anything there is a price to pay for artificially modifying your body.

A lot depends on what type of gyno you have, if you have fat or actual breast tissue. Actual breast tissue is impossible to get rid of except by surgery which is the same as a woman getting a double mastectomy. Depending on how much body fat you have if you can feel a fairly firm more or less round mass under and around your nipples then you most likely have true breast tissue, if you have a lot of body fat then normally only an ultrasound will give you that answer.

I think the potential for problems; with Respiration, Circulation and Lymph Flow being only the most obvious; Is greater than any potential benefit.

I would point out that women did bind their breasts to achieve a very slim look in the 1920's and it did not seem to diminish the size of their breasts in any permanent way. Corseting will change tho profile only as long as the corset is worn all the time. When the garment is not worn the body finds its own shape again.
