Hey everyone.

I had gyno surgery 12 days ago (excision and lipo)

8 days post op I had my bandages removed and it looked great.

Now, four days later, I have had hard tissue form all around the bottom of my chest.

I read it could be scar tissue and to massage it. I did just that and I felt parts of it breaking down (it's hard and lumpy). I also had some minor discharge come out of each nipple (less than a drop).

My chest seems to have the same breast shape just without the gland there. Will this tissue and liquid go away? How can I get rid of it?

I can pretty much grab a handful of what is likely fluid / the hard tissue when I flex my chest

Left nipple started to drain blood(out of the center) as I massaged the area. Calling my doctor tomorrow

My suggestion would be to see your surgeon.  The things you describe are not visible, and an examination is really required to determine what's going on. It's most likely just related to post-op swelling and the normal healing process, but if you have concerns, you should share them with your surgeon.
