i am a hk people (my english is not good)

i think i also have  Gynecomastia

i have find some doctor but they don trust

me .  Gynecomastia is not common in hk

what should i do i don want to find doctor

anymore . can i make it become normal by meself???

yeah i understand. a lot of places in asia are very, sheltered from things like gynecomastia.. gyne might be just as common in hongkong as it is anywhere else; its just that maybe the doctors aren't aware of it..

but yeah. post up some pictures, hear what people have got to say.. maybe you don't have it.. but if you do, don't panic man.. theres still a lot you can do..

for starters, you can fly to the states, canada, or evan thailand.. thailand has really awesome cosmetic surgery procedures,

No. Unfortunately, Gynecomastia cannot be dieted or exercised away. The only way to bannish Gyne is to have it surgically removed.
