Blood test results

I had my blood tested awhile ago and my testosterone is 357 and they said it should be between 400-800. I have an appointment with an endocrinologist later this summer. My question is if I go on pills or whatever to raise my testosterone, will my chest decrease right away? And will raising my testosterone make them go away? Thanks.
