We have discussed Vaser lipo many times on this forum.  Vaser, and laser-lipo, and Body-Jet (water assisted lipo) are all new technologies which are being hyped as the "latest and greatest"  for gyne as well as other areas of the body.  But amongst knowledgeable surgeons, they offer little if any advantage over traditional forms of lipo.

Vaser can work on fat -- but it has no effect on breast (gland) tissue.  Be sure to speak to your surgeon to make sure he is prepared to perform an excision of any remaining gland after the Vaser has been performed.
