17 Year old, real gynecomastia

Hey all, just came here to post pics of my gynecomastia which is real, I have a hard gland under my nipple, had it since I was 12-13 and I'm 17 now and still hasn't gone off. The reason I have it is unknown but I am pretty sure it's because my father has it too. I am 190 cm tall and I weight 85kg and gynecomastia is just driving me crazy. I have enough money to get the surgery for it done in Poland but I am not over 18 which means I can't and have to wait about a year.
Maybe any other solutions how to fight with it?

Do you have to 18 for the surgery, or do you just need to be with an adult? If so, there is a member on this forum looking for somebody to go with.

I was talking to the plastic surgeon located in Poland and she said that I have to be 18 and over to make the surgery happen, I don't think going there with an adult would change a thing....

I had to wait 7 months before I could head out, due to financial and other circumstances. So while I realise that the wait is frustrating, it will really will pay off in the end.
