I've been contemplating getting the surgery and have been told by a doctor that I in fact do have Gyno. I just wanted to make sure so here are some pics if you can help me out.

From the one photo you've posted, it looks like you have mild gynecomastia.  The next step is to consult with a surgeon who treats gynecomastia regularly.
