Richard Baxter? Anyone been helped by this PS?

Hello peeps, Just wondering if any of  you have been helped by richard baxter. He's a PS in seattle and I'm gonna go talk to him in a month or two ( after i trim down 5 more pounds ) If so how did everything go? Also, I'll toss in another quickie,  

I have a very mild case of gene, a little little bit of fat and gland. Mainly i just have those stupid puffy nipples and stretched areola. I also felt out my gland extensivly and it seems I only have one small stringy gland under each areola, feels like it might be a half inch wide. Also it's texture, It's fairly soft, no hard "lumps" as some people have described, just feels like a mushy sinewous like muscle or tendon. So i was just wondering if maybe it would be a breeze for the PS and maybe even recovery time, maybe it's different for everyone, g' night all.
