is this gyne or fat?

To start it off, I know I'm fat & I'm working to take it off with exercise & a better diet. But the fat still seems to be oddly dispersed, and I just wanna see if I should look at surgery down the road(I hope not), after I lose more weight. I'm 21, about 6'5" and 300lbs

It's not easy to say if it is gyne in your case cos' as you recognize it, you have to lose weight. So, as ruggedtoast said, try to lose some weight first and see what the results of the diet are. Good luck !
