Hi  I am currently a couple days
away from my 4th week post Gynecomastia surgery, all incision's are
healing great but there's one thing that I am abit worried about and
that's my left nipple. My left nipple is chubby like as if I still
have gynecomastia in it while my right nipple is nice and flat. Could
anyone tell me what the problem could be??

Cheers Jordan.

You may have some residual fat or breast tissue on that left side.  OR, if both sides were initially flat and symmetrical after the surgery, but now the left side is larger, you've probably developed some scar tissue there.  Please read my post on the thread below.

Ok well does scar tissue cause the swelling?

Yes, scar tissue takes up space and can grow in size.
