Does gyno attach itself to the chest wall? I have a oval shaped hard tissue that doesnt move away from my chest and appears to be fixed to it and doesnt feel like its attached to the areola. I have puffy nipples, with a slight rubbery underneath and doesnt appear to be attached to the hard tissue.  Also there is sometimes a slight pulsing pain that comes from it, mostly when doing chest exercises and squeezing it a bunch. Thanks!

Also like to know if the hard stone/pebble/marble that people feel under the nipple is suppose to be attached or is it meant to be slightly further back from the nipple area?
