Hey guys, hope you're all doing well whether you're planning your surgery or if you're recovering.

Just a quick question to the people who are post op, when did you stop massaging ? Just curious really, i know it's probably a trivial question on the scheme of things.

I'm 6 months post op now, and was just massaging. I don't know if it makes a huge difference at this stage, but i always feel a little flatter. I don't have any scar tissue.

Thanks...

If you dont have any scar tissue, dont bother massaging anymore.

I cant remember when i stopped massaging, it became a bit of a habit lol. But yeah if you've got no scar tissue you've had a result!

I massaged for 3 months or so. Stopped a couple of months back. Too much bio oil just gave me a spotty chest. Once you have flattened out the scar tissue, other than being relaxing and giving a bit of comfort as a habit it doesn't do much more.

No harm in not telling the wife/Gf that though  ;D
