Had surgery about 17 days ago.

After my ultrasound, i learnt that my glandular tissue was relatively small, and my breasts were mainly made up of stubborn fat.

The day after surgery, when I saw my chest for the first time, to be honest it was somewhat of an anti climax. I dont really know what i expected, but the left side seemed very flat, whereas the right side (which was worse before) seemed fatty and saggy.

Now 17 days later, the left side remains flat, whereas the right side still looks the exact same if not bigger. I am concerned about this, as other photos I have seen seem to show a flat chest right after surgery, then swelling developing at a slightly later stage. And isnt swelling normally fairly hard, not saggy and soft. I feel like the surgeon didnt take out enough fat from the right side.

After emailing her, she just said its normal for either side to heal at different speeds, but this doesnt really ease my fears.

Any advice?

Why not post some photos of yourself both pre-op and at the present time?
