System help needed.

I am able to log on to my account using mt AOL link without any problem.

However: when I try to log on using my Charter account I get blocked at the logon screen even before entering my user name and password. I get the following message:


An Error Has Occurred!

Sorry Guest, you are banned from using this forum!

Can you fix my account to remove the block for my charter account? Or give me a link to an administrator who can help me.

Note: Charter uses dynamic IP addresses. Also, I was using the same computer for both Charter and AOL login.
