Sound like you have way too much estrogen.

Its a female hormone. You need to see a doctor.

Estrogen is made from testosterone & the body fat.  Some estrogen is made naturally by all males.
The excess estrogen makes for more fat which makes for more estrogen.  


That is why most fat guys get big boobs.

Sometimes the extra estrogen is because of a genetic or chromosome mixup at birth.

I also could squeeze a tiny bit of substance out of my nipple at your age, although mine was clear. I cant say I ever went to see a doctor then as it didnt even cross my mind to. I dont know what was wrong either to cause that. But I have had blood tests not long ago where all was "normal" to quote the doctor. If I were you id go see a Doc. quick, you never know, he might be able to give you something to reverse the gyne before its too late - like it is for me.

The doc may schedule you for a mammogram.  

It is painless, I have had them for the same reason,  but if you have large breasts that leak a milky substance the doc will probably have you checked as a precaution against more serious problems..

It is all very professional & the nurse will put you at ease.  No worries.
