I had surgery about 8 weeks ago, performed by a GS.  I tried doing it through a plastic surgeon, but could not afford it.  My endocrinologist referred me to this GS, stating that he had sent several patients for this same procedure and they were all satisfied.  Eight weeks later, I see some assymmetry and perhaps some deformity on my chest.  Is it too early to judge? The surgeon did not perform any lipo, as he stated that he did not think it was necessary in my case.

Much too early to make any decision about results -- you need to wait at least six months.

I have the utmost respect for general surgeons -- but you must understand that their training, experience and goals differ somewhat from a plastic surgeon.  Plastic surgeons have a two-fold aim in doing gyne surgery -- remove the appropriate amount of tissue and also create a fine looking, aesthetic and symmetric chest.

I hope you turn out fine -- but if not, then would recommend you seek an opinion from an experienced gyne surgeon.
